The den, or family room, is very large and has a decorated wood built-in wine storage, wet bar with an ocean view, wine refrigerator, very nice built-in desk, ceiling fan, recessed lighting and kitchen bar. Just outside the den is a large patio, perfect for natural light, fresh air, and checking out who is on the tennis court. This space includes new light fixtures and a new fan.

The kitchen is open with access from the den and the dining area.
