The Community:
San Antonio del Mar is about 25 to 30 minutes south of the border and about 5 to 10 minutes north of Rosarito. San Antonio del Mar has direct beach access. There is a swimming pool, cobblestone streets, two manned gates with the larger gate on the south side of the community, 24-hour security, a community park with grass, and access to the beach in front of the community.

The community at large is serviced by the public water company, CESPT, the CFE for electricity, and several competing internet companies. The community has an association office at the south entrance taking care of business.

Within a 1/4 mile of the gated entrances to the community are several convenience stores, a multitude of restaurants, and plenty of other services.

Just outside of San Antonio del Mar is the Real del Mar golf course, surfing down the beach at Baja Malibu.
